As well as a new door lock controller on the dash. Done in one day and finished in the afternoon in time to tow a trailer. I always knew this guy was a saint and now I have seen his saintly portrait. St. Flavius. Patron saint of auto security and sub-woofers. GO TEAM.

Robin Edwards: I went to this place back in March 2023. The location of this place is a little hectic as there was a lot of construction going on. However once you got in, it was clean and organized. They have waiting chairs with a place to charge your phones / both apple and android.The clerk was responsive and pleasant. The guy that work on my radio, came out, spoke with me directly and explained my options. I’m definitely coming back for them to install my radio. The only reason why my rating is not 5 star is because I have had the actual service done, just a diagnostic.

Cody Amengual: One of the easier 5-star ratings I could give. Called on a Tuesday night and got me in first thing Wednesday morning. I attempted to install an aftermarket mulitmedia head unit in my 03 Lexus GX and failed. These guys got the job done in less than 2 hours and took genuine interest in what my dilemma was. Such a niche and complicated job to master and they gave a more than fair price. I will come back to upgrade audio here due to how easy and fair these guys treated me.

Time for another update. Custom made 3D printed tweeter pods, kick panels, subwoofer for my 1978 Mercedes Benz 350SE. Stealth subwoofer for BMW F31 Wagon under floor storage compartment. Great work again. Another under floor subwoofer. This one is in my E class coupe, 10” sub and stout amp in spare tire well. Remote control for sub volume mounted under dash. Maria: I went in because my remote start suddenly stopped working and was lookin for a place specializing in alarms and remote starts to really be able to pin point the problem right away instead of dealing with the dealer and im sure glad I found Ox audio. They were able to get it to start again after seeing some wires needed replacement and even explained to me how to properly use my key fob, I Left with a big smile because we all know how convenient a remote start is in the winter to warm up your car and they got mines up and running again the same day! Richard Orr: My system starting acting up. I called in and was given an telephonic analysis of the problem. The tech I spoke with was wonderfully concerned and helpful and set up an appointment for a tech to do on-site repairs. My tech was Victor who was a complete gentlemen and stayed until both he and I were satisfied that the system malfunction had been repaired. As an aside, I suggest you make notes for yourself before your tech arrives to help diagnose the problem and to give you a clearer overall understanding of your system
