Brian Bowen: My two sons and I stopped in to peruse, and discovered a little gem of a store! Awesome vintage merchandise AND outstanding customer service. We purchased three hoodies. Shortly after we left, we discovered a small hole in my son’s hoodie. We had to catch a train so we couldn’t go back to exchange it. Plus, we live in Colorado, so we would not have an opportunity to go back before we left. I called the store and spoke to Destiny. She asked for my mailing address so that she could mail a new one out to us…AND, we didn’t even have to mail the damaged hoodie back to them. Within minutes, a tracking link was emailed to me.What excellent customer service!! It’s really hard to find this these days. Thanks again, Destiny!
A G: Customer service is a -1 star, weird vibe and laziness doesn't make a person inclined to spend... I had this place on my bucket list when i travled to Philly from California to purchase 1 item, of course i would have spent more, they have unique inventory. Luckily they had what i wanted in stock hence the 4 stars. However, I will never patronize again.
Jeff Johnston: Originally from Philadelphia, but moved away years ago. I still come back to visit, and this past week learned of Shibe Vintage. Really great selection of product. Nice to see old school vintage logos from Philly teams of the past. Hats, shirts, you name it. I especially liked the shirts from the old stadiums and arenas that were long ago replaced. Great staff, and friendly. Highly recommended.

Ryan Dodds: Just bought two shirts from this store. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a VERY long time. The quality of the shirts is incredible, but the guys working there are even better. They had the television on in the background where Media was in the bottom of the 6th in the little league world series. I hesitated to leave the store after my purchase because it was an important part of the game. The guys saw my dilemma and told me to pull up a chair! Great quality, great service, I will be back.

Adrian Bondy: A truly unique independent clothing store, with a carefully crafted selection of unusual brands from around the world. There are so few stores with a wide array of independent men's fashion and this is one of them. A true gem in the city of Philadelphia. I go often -- not sure what I would do without it. The proprietors are such kind and friendly people, and have always made it a pleasure to shop there. Ignore the crazy negative reviews -- the store had a strict masking policy during COVID which some folks clearly couldn't handle.
Zoey: I was surprised to see so many negative reviews because I had a pleasant shopping experience here and look forward to returning and exploring more of their fashions…As far as masks, I don’t mind at all, it’s about public health and safety… I didn’t have one with me and the staff person approached the door with a kind word and mask in hand. It didn’t interfere with my shopping experience at all…The volume of clothes and varied styles are wonderful… I complimented the buyer…I gave 4 out of 5 stars because of the prices… Some of the clothes are reasonably priced and some were high… it depends on your budget… All in all, a worthwhile place to visit and I recommend it…
Sharmin Hossain: A lot of people who lack common decency leave negative reviews of this shop - but as a frequent customer I LOVE this shop. It has amazing unique items, great customer service, and all my friends love to come with. A lot of folks leaving negative reviews hate masking and respecting people’s needs, I’d ignore them. If you’re not masked, he offers one politely. Great shop.
Ben Cooper: Awesome shop in old city. Everything is unique and items you won’t find at any other store. Every time I go I discover a new brand I wish I had known about before.They’re not pushy, never make you feel rushed and genuinely care about finding the right items for you.Negative reviews are silly. Just wear a mask and be kind — it’s that simple.
