Talula's Garden: what do users think?

Patricia Moore: Came here for dinner on a work trip and sat at the bar. Friendly and fast service. The sangria was refreshing and delicious. The ricotta ravioli was just the right amount for a light dinner and also quite good. I love the ambiance of this place and will definitely be back on future trips to Philly. The park across the street looks lovely as well. Please note there is a restaurant space just two doors down called Talulah's Daily I believe. I stepped in there first on accident. The entrance to Talulah's Garden is a quiant little garden gate.

Barry O'Boyle: Great serviceGreat foodReally cool environment to eat at!

Eliane Hollanda: . He did make sure to tell me what I could eat or not from the menu.Definitely we will be back as well we will recommend this place with eyes closed!Highly recommend!!!!

Amber Dulski: One of the few restaurants in Philadelphia that has maintained great service and food since Covid. Brunch was fantastic, the frittata was full of fresh vegetables and the carrot cake was so good and not overly sweet. You can tell that quality ingredients are used in all of their dishes! The ambience and attentive waitstaff made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!!!

Anwar M Hossain: Talula’s Garden in Philadelphia is a true culinary oasis, offering a dining experience that’s both rustic and refined. The restaurant is celebrated for its charming garden seating with an overhead trellis, creating an enchanting atmosphere. The menu, which changes with the seasons, features American cuisine with a light European touch, prepared with carefully-sourced ingredients. Guests often rave about the brunch, highlighting dishes like the candied bacon and French toast sticks with bananas foster sauce. Whether you’re seated inside, amidst the lush garden, or in one of the cozy chalets, Talula’s Garden is a delightful spot that promises a memorable meal with every visit

Natashia Rogers: Excellent! What a lovely experience. Great ambience, fantastic staff and even better food & cocktails. They were very accommodating for my gluten sensitivity, and when we called, they took their time to go over the entire menu identifying items they could make gf. The Florist and The Beekeeper were tasty cocktails. We had the meatballs and the smashed & fried potatoes for appetizers, the scallop risotto and chicken with gnocchi for our mains, and then the s’mores pot de crème. Get. Out. We will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Double Knot: what do users think?

Deanna Martin: and were disappointed. Since the group was 3x as big, we were expecting 3x the portions. It seemed that the portions were only doubled

Lucia T: Satisfactory selection of vegan options, nice that they now make tasting menu exceptions for party members with dietary restrictions, the crispy tofu was really good as well as the trumpet mushrooms. Appreciated the vegan mochi ice cream but sad to miss out on the gold leafed soft serve. The servers were also very knowledgeable and clear about which dishes were vegan.

Leslie G: Excellent place for a special occasion. Delicious food, drinks and service. The tasting menu is also less expensive than most for a ton of amazing food.Dietary restrictions: Food options for GF folks too

Peter Khalil: ; it is well worth it to pay for the upgrade. I liked most of it. But what was exceptional is the liver goose, the duck scrapple, the wagyu and the sea bass. They do a nice show

Amanda Corcino: Marco was our favorite he was extremely attentive and knowledgeable 5/5!Service: 5/5 …

K L: Double Knot offers a wonderful dining experience.Although I missed the opportunity to take a picture of every item that we ordered. I did capture some. Everything was outstanding! The food is remarkably fresh. And the service was great!I highly recommend visiting.

Michael Hinchey: We came here with very high expectations but we're blown away by the amazingly prepared food and level of service. Lets talk about the food. We told the server what we liked and didn't like and the chef made the decisions for us. I can't recommend this enough. The chicken on the skewer 🍡 was so good. I actually wish we ordered two of these. The fish tasted fresh and everything was so damn tasty. The servers that bring out the food tell you exactly what they are putting on the table. I cannot recommend this place enough. The only downside is that the lights need to be turned up a teensy weensy more. I'll try the tables by the chef next time since it's a little more well lit and you get a show while you are eating. Location is great. Drinks were great. A++++.Ps...Beware you will pay some high $$$$ for this meal but what you are paying for is the quality of the food and level of service you will get. This was a very nice dining experience.

The Dandelion: what do users think?

shabby arora: It's British gastropub. So we knew it'd be bland-ish. But crab croquettes had a weird aftertaste.Cheeseboard was ok. Not muchLambs shepherd pie was a huge disappointment. No flavour AT ALL.Eggs with bubble and squeak wad ok. Nothing greatIt's OK to go try it outForm your own opinionServers, front desk people are so sweet and nice

Nino Toscano: . I genuinely felt our server cared about our dining experience. I cautiously took his recommendation on the fish and chips

Ariana Lucidonio: Cozy, upscale British style pub with a great selection of food! I’ve walked past here a million times, and finally stopped in for lunch with a friend. For apps, we ordered the crab croquettes and cashew hummus. The cashew hummus was very creamy and all the vegetables were delish. The crab croquettes were OK, a little too salty for my liking.I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich for the entree and I don’t typically finish an entire sandwich, but I sure did! The sandwich had the perfect combo of crunchiness with the bread and softness with the tomato compote and avocado. The side salad was a bit bland.

Anwar M Hossain: The Dandelion is a charming spot that blooms with British pub vibes. From its cozy fireplace to the hearty fish and chips, it’s a slice of London in the heart of Philadelphia. The warm wooden interiors invite you to linger over a pint of ale while enjoying classic comfort food. Whether you’re catching up with friends or seeking solace after a long day, The Dandelion offers a delightful escape. Cheers to good company and a taste of Britain!

Stephanie Yoon: . Luckily, I still found the meal filling.Service was incredible. Our waitress was kind and patient. All in all, this place is recommended for the lovely atmosphere and service!

Rebecca M. Reese: He had the Sunday roast

Jasil Emanuel: Can’t wait until yall see my application

Tamara Garcia: Bomb food, best passion fruit mojito ever, great service and good atmosphere. Only missing the Mofongo that used to be on the menu. Other than that, 0 complaints!Kid-friendliness: My kids love the burgers, fries and tenders.

Kiara B: BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! everything was excellent the food was amazing service was good but our server added an additional tip on our check on our check when we paid with a card and left cash tip! Not to mention we were a party of 3 ! Most people don’t check bank statements and servers here assume that so be aware and be careful! When I called the restaurant all the manager said was “heres your refund” no apologies no compensation nothing just gave me my refund for the tip that I did not authorize! Food was great but don’t let the servers kindness fool you! They are thieves!

Dipo Dwitanto Amir Putra: Very deliciousFood: 5/5 …

Jill Wade: This place went beyond my expectations. The food was so delicious. I was pleasantly surprised at the vegetarian selection they had. I had a tofu/seitan dish in a delicious lemongrass sauce. Also, don't sleep on the collard greens. They are tender, cooked to perfection. The eggplant was also that yummy melt-in-your-mouth texture, with a perfect little spicy kick. My husband also really enjoyed his lamb and goat curry-- he said it was a little spicy, a little citrus-y, good yellow curry base. Also, I loved the atmosphere. You just KNOW it's gonna be tasty when you walk in. The smell is amazing. There were literally 3 generations in the shop at once, with the kids eating dinner and playing on their iPad. I love knowing that I'm supporting a small family-run business. Not only that, the woman who helped us was so kind.I wish I lived in the area, because I would be a regular at this place, for sure.Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian options that were clearly laid out. Multiple tofu/seitan dishes available, in addition to veg vegetable dishes.

Gourmand: This is easily one of the best restaurant experiences that I’ve had in Philadelphia. This no-frills establishment serves excellent Southeast Asian food.Be prepared to stand long line as many people come here to get food. With a few tables available, you can expect a little bit of weight if you want to eat, eat at the restaurant. The restaurant serves everything by the scoop. Prices of the scoops vary between 2 to 7 dollars. You can get an extremely satisfying meal for around $20-$25 here.Every item here is exceptional. I highly recommend the egg and tofu curry, the beef rendang, and the potatoes in coconut milk. Make sure you get a scoop of their spicy sambal sauce. The first scoop of that is free.Service is exceptional. There is one woman who owns the place that runs the entire thing herself.Trust me when I say, this will be one of the best meals you get to eat in the city.

mandala: great viral friendly because of M Hidayat's YouTube. I hope to open a branch in Indonesiagood luck for the future

Christopher Yue: Absolutely a gem of a place. A family run restaurant with authentic flavors and wonderful service. It was my first time visiting, the owner was very patient and explained everything in detail. As you can see my piled high plates, we tried to get a bit of everything. The sambal is to die for - I bought a whole container of the vegan version with garlic to go. We got quite a bit to try the varieties, and had plenty leftover for the next day. They offer many vegetarian and affordable options. Highly recommend!

Parc: what do users think?

Kendrick Smith: Went midweek for lunch. Reservations are highly recommended. The place was packed by 12:30pm. French bistro style food with an American twist on dishes. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, so just ask about dishes and recommendations, but everything was amazing. Very cool and laid-back feel to this place. Reasonable for the quality of food but expect $30 for lunch and $50+ for dinner.

Anwar M Hossain: Parc is a little slice of Paris right in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia! This chic brasserie serves up a delectable array of traditional bistro fare in a space that’s both charming and comfortable. Whether you’re there for a leisurely meal or a quick bite, the menu is a love letter to French café culture. From the in-house baked baguettes to the classic steak frites, every dish is a celebration of flavor. The ambiance, with its red leather banquettes and vintage decor, transports you straight to the heart of France. And when the weather permits, dining ‘en plein air’ on the sidewalk terrace is an absolute delight. Parc isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an experience that captivates the senses and leaves you longing for more. Bon appétit! 🍷

Kristen B: Great food and excellent service! I didn't think I'd need a reservation for my party of two at 1:00 PM on a Friday, but the restaurant was packed, so I was glad I had reserved a table. Our server Kashi was attentive and helpful while giving us plenty of space to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. My only regret was not buying a loaf of bread on the way out!

Lacroix Restaurant at The Rittenhouse: what do users think?

Bill Hanson: Ate there on a Sat night for the first time in 20plus yrs. Still elegant, excellent food and service. The only discordant note was music that was both too loud and inconsistent with the vibe of the place. One might expect quiet classical or instrumental and we got loud contemporary vocalist. I'm not sure who selects the Muzak but this choice subtracted - not many quiet restaurants left sadly.

Eric Zhou: Parking: $26 valet if you dine at the restaurant.

Catherine Dougherty: Absolutely incredible experience dining here. The service was top tier. Our server John was knowledgeable, friendly, and not overbearing. He was spot on with every single suggestion, explanation, and his level of expertise about each dish he served. Their “wine expert”Daniel took his time to explain the wine/champagne list and several pairings which went well with the menu. He was also spot on, friendly, knowledgeable, and just a lovely presence at the restaurant. They are lucky to have John and Daniel. We were sat in a private room which was elegant, beautiful, and polished. The ambiance left little to be desired. We were celebrating several things that particular evening, and were taken care of at the end with a special dessert to acknowledge said things. It was very sweet and thoughtful. The entire staff truly went above and beyond for us. Food was wonderful. Must try the risotto- melt in your mouth deliciousness. Lastly, do not skip on dessert- some of the best desserts we’ve ever had.Dietary restrictions: The server John was on top of any allergy restrictions and asked us after our beverages were delivered to the table. You can tell they have a strict policy for food allergy safety.Parking: Valet was quick, efficient, and simple.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps for accessibility and elevator to easily make it up the stairs and into the beautiful restaurant.

Zahav: what do users think?

Dan D.: , grilled asparagus

Kelly Adomsky: Zahav is hands down my favorite restaurant in the city.Last night they really impressed me -I commented on something and they took note of my review and made it right - their customer service almost matches the food - which is spectacular! Michael Solomonov truly outdoes himself with coaxing flavor and bringing complexity to the average vegetables. His flavors are unmatched in the city of Philadelphia and I will always come back and hunt down reservations! Thank you for providing exceptional quality in your food and your customer service!

Chadwick Hunter: dish reminded me of mom's amazing bean stew, which was just awesome. The bread, hummus and mezze were out of this world; I haven't tasted hummus that good - ever. And I was so impressed to see Chef Solomonov making my bread and standing in front of the oven just doing someone's job who had to take a break. And he owns a bunch of other restaurants! Keep it up, Chef.Okay, so I would have given 5 stars for service as the host stand did great, adjusting to my change in number of diners on the reservation and for putting me at the chef's counter, and for the server doing great, but I sat without water or anything else to drink for about 15 minutes. Not horrible, but I thought I'd mention it.I only gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because I'm not a big fan of the interior design. Please don't take this as a gripe, just a comment from a guy who does renovations and wasn't blown away. You need to go to this restaurant now! Have the drink pairing, too. The red and white were perfect with the food and the "sherry" from Australia was so good I'm looking for it now so I can take a case home.

Ashley Bevensee: I have only good things to say about this place. I thought at first it was a little odd to have steak tartar served with fries but the pairing was actually really good! Everything was amazing. I have never had such a complex gnocci dish and it's probably the best I've ever had. The scallops were perfect. Mussels, snails... all of it. Everything was just amazing; I cannot stress that enough. I can't wait to go back!

From the moment you step through the doors, you are enveloped in an atmosphere of timeless sophistication. My recent visit to celebrate my birthday with my husband was nothing short of extraordinary. We embarked on a gastronomic adventure, starting with the impeccably fresh shrimp cocktail and the luxurious twin lobster tail meal. The delicate flavors and impeccable presentation left us in awe.For our main course, we savored the succulent surf and turf, perfectly cooked to tender perfection. Accompanied by sumptuous Brussels sprouts and a decadent baked potato, each bite was a symphony of taste and texture. And let’s not forget the grand finale—the delectable crème brûlée, followed by a scoop of heavenly ice cream. Each spoonful was a blissful conclusion to a flawless dining experience. But what truly sets Butcher and Singer apart is the impeccable service. Benita T.: Delightful first time meal here. Appetizers are delicious especially the shrimp and crab Louie salad. Steaks were perfectly cooked as were sides. Mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts were our faves. Great bake Alaska dessert!!

Mary grace alley: We went there for my birthday and the experience, atmosphere, and food were all top notch! Our server Jeremy was amazing and gave the best food recommendations and wine selections as well! We split the 16oz bone in filet mignon which was amazing and had the mashed potatoes, mushrooms and onions, with broccolini. Everything was super tasty and the best steak i have had! Thank you for such a memorable experience we will never forget!

Dina: The staff is very attentive. We felt very well taken care of.Service: 5/5 …

Jean-Marc Fontes: A great place to get away from the junk food. A mix of classic and original menus. In my case, a very tasty "charred chiken" followed by a "japanese cheesecake". Everything is well balanced. Congratulations to the kitchen and Mike in the dining room. The restaurant deserves to be discovered. All this while enjoying the terrace; I recommend it.

sasa jocic: I am going to stop every time when I am in Philadelphia to this magic place!📝⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ bravou 🧑🏼‍🍳Parking: You can find street parking. For this type of food I would pay a ticket 😃

Amandine Aman: I recommend Fork for brunch. The place wasn't busy on Saturday at noon, and the atmosphere is great. The food, flavors, and ingredients are of high quality. While the menu isn't the most innovative, it's still very good. The whitefish croquettes were delicious.FIY, A 20% gratuity is automatically added to your bill.

Shannon Amiot: A fantastically catered restaurant in the north of Old City. The liquor selection is incredible and the cocktails are beautifully executed. I was shy to order the charcuterie but was awed when I liked every last piece of it. Fork is a truly excellent spot to celebrate any occasion Thank you Fork Staff for a great afternoon!!
