phil: Everyone has been helpful each time I've gone to this location. Special attention was happily provided by Deborah, when I had questions with paperwork. The wait has never been long.
Phillip “Phil” Williams: is not only professional, but also friendly & courteous. While I was waiting, I saw people who needed simple things like tape, which was freely given by one of the security guards. When I've gone previously, I needed an envelope for my forms. It would've been form, but I was given an extra copy, just in case I needed it. Suffice it to say, I got my envelope & good service on that visit also. All in all, the Social Security Administration is polite, professional & efficient.

There I Said it: They are professional in what they do. They are kind, helpful and patient in every step of the process.I've been getting snap for one year and this Parkside office work has been seamless. Even when the system snagged some things, this office helped me iron it out. I only have dealt with them in person. I called once and got no answer, so i visited the office the next day. I went early at 8:15am and was out by 8:30am.The line moves fairly quickly and the waiting time after that is normal.Every time I had to visit it was a good experience.
Katie Cat: even though it was not her work station took the time to turn on computer submit our paperwork and let me bring whatever was missing without bringing my grand mother in. The security guard greeted us with the smile the people held the door for us. She got to chit chat with the folks in the waiting room . It was a pleasant going out in to the world experience while getting business done! Thank you for all you do for us going above and beyond to provide excellent support and guidance in an orderly manner with a smile on all of our faces!
Shirley Smith: Every since I started going to Parkside I never experienced any problems my wait time might be a half an hour but people complain because the world is in hurry to go no, where, plus people don't have respect these caseworker have so many cases and not enough workers I just thank God I always was treated with respect and I give respect back.
