Rec & Royal: what do users think?

Ijia Phillips: I went for their Sunday Brunch. We Ubered there because parking downtown can be pain at times. However, It was a cool, fun, and energetic atmosphere. There was a DJ playing music everyone could dance to, and the food was a buffet style that was tasty and edible. They provided bottles of champagne and juice for mimosa, but you have to pre purchase beforehand if you want additional bottles. Overall, It was a good time, and I would definitely go back.

Kay Hickson: I originally booked another brunch party in the city to celebrate my birthday but the venue cancelled two days before my event “via text”. I immediately went to Rec & Royals site in hopes of availability last minute for my party of 12. Thankfully it was and let me tell you, my friends and I had an AMAZING TIME! My section was spacious, the host was polite and very accommodating! The reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because of the buffet style brunch. The food was ok but the lines were long and it took awhile for the food to be refilled. They had DJ Casper as the DJ, he was in tune with the crowd and my friends and I danced the entire time. It was fun and I really enjoyed my birthday! I will definitely be back!

Shyria-ks: The buffet wasn't nothing to write home about. It wasn't enough food options like its brunch but they had no eggs no grits only two chopped fruits not actual fruit salad no turkey bacon only pork. The champagne they serve for the mimosas was super light never felt not even slightly buzzed. And we had our own personal bottles and we didn't feel a thing. Nevertheless the staff was great and the Dj was great the club part of brunch was definitely a vibe.

Conrad Markwalder: Honestly the whole experience was positive, however the website only allowed us to rent the room for one hour and we would have done longer if we had been able to. But we had fun in the main bar afterwards. You get a free bottle of vodka with a karaoke room which is nice but it goes fast between 10 people. they also gave us a little more time since they opened at 9 and we didn’t get sat until 9:15 ish

Thirsty Dice: what do users think?

Joe Johnson: First time visiting this place; the bar has been set very high for any similar type of venue! We loved the extensive amount of games available, the chill vibes/music, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The experience was definitely worth the visit. The only drawback of our experience was the food partially: we ordered a chicken and waffle meal and the waffle was garnished with a sauce that made it unedible. I normally don't complain much about food, but we literally couldn't finish any of our meals. We didn't leave because we were having a good time, but it we visited for only that meal, that would have been unacceptable.

Ray's 'Happy Birthday' Bar: what do users think?

57602863683abcffgmnfgqr77715aadw 1234: A immaculately clean, well lit, fresh smelling, family friendly place that serves some of Philly’s finest cuisine and spirits. Great selection of domestics on tap with some of the friendliest tenders of bar Ive ever met. Make sure to tip ‘em well wont ya? You guys, I’ve been everywhere man, Ive been over there man, but this one is special. One of the most legendary gastropubs in the city of brotherly forgetaboutitttt. Not to be missed! Bring a lawn chair!

Alex Richards: Atmosphere: 5/5

Alexis Torres: Super fun vibes! We went for karaoke Friday and it was so fun, the songs were diverse and the atmosphere was inviting. The beer is cheap and the liquor is strong. The bartender had a bit of an attitude but she was super pretty and the attitude fit her vibe and the vibe of the bar so it was cool with me. She also really knew how to sling those drinks so I’ll give that to her. It is a small bar but I just call that intimate. Whenever i want to go to karaoke again I definitely would chose that place first. It felt like the kind of place where everyday is someone’s birthday and we’re all invited to the party!

Anne McDonagh: We went in to get out of the Philly heat and met very friendly people and staff😎

Lazaro Creagh: Fun little dive bar with a huge beer list, ski ball, and pool. I usually come for the food though. They have a built in food truck. The vibes here are super fun and they always have some form of a sports game on too.Vegetarian options: The pesto grilled cheese is to die for!Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, and a handicap accessible bathroom

Kian Gaffney: Fun bar in the cheesesteak quarter 😀, the Skee-Ball machine was nostalgic.

Disguiser Party Game Lounge: what do users think?

T C: The guy Eric is having fun here.

Anshu Chen: Vincent was very kind and welcoming. When we didn't know what to play, he asked us what types of games we liked + recommended games + walked us through the first couple rounds. This place is lovely. Great selection of games. The only board game club I've seen that has a large Chinese game collection.

Dingyue Wang: The boss is a great person and the NPCs are also very good. I played Bloodstained and hit the ceiling of a spy game. Overall, it was the happiest experience I had in Philadelphia. Friends who come to play, don’t miss it. It’s very effective!

Hugang Yu: excellent atmosphere

Kenji Fong: A little bit better

zhongjiu zhao: Mighty Orphan

caleb chong: Great place

Morgan Armitage: Nice space to go hang out, with bubble teas. I had the strawberry bubbles for thr first time -- they burst like little gushers!

CevtheMic: Boba wasn't good

Buffalo Billiards: what do users think?

Anwar M Hossain: Stepping into Buffalo Billiards in Philadelphia, I was immediately struck by the lively atmosphere. The historic Old City location added a touch of charm to the evening. With 17 HDTVs and 8 Brunswick Gold Crown pool tables, the place was buzzing with energy. I found myself drawn to the Happy Hour, where the deals on beers and cocktails were too good to pass up. The flatbread, highly recommended by locals, did not disappoint. The service was attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. It was a night filled with good vibes, quality drinks, and friendly competition—a perfect blend of fun and relaxation.

YURKA 00003: Went here with some friends from Delaware out of town. Great atmosphere and plenty of tables. We went up to the second floor to visit a friend and more of mine. My friends even STILL got a pool game and I was catching up with the homies for a long long minute. Definitely popular and busy but in the best way possible. Hug/tip the bartenders. Solid 9.5/10

Founding Fathers Sports Bar & Grill: what do users think?

Lisa Zaglin: I would have given 4 1/2 stars if it was an option. I took a vegetarian friend. I shared the online menu beforehand and she said there were options she could eat which included hummus and pizza. We were surprised when we didn’t see either on the menu when we arrived. Our server informed us they stopped serving hummus and that the pizza oven was removed about a year ago. I said it would be a good idea to update the online menu as we may not have gone knowing that.I had been there in the summer with other friends for dinner and really enjoyed. That time the weather allowed us to sit on the lovely deck. This time, we ate inside but were pleased with the atmosphere, a large place with a nice bar, different sections, and even noticed a back room that was hosting a shower. We sat in a comfortable, quiet booth. We hadn’t seen each other in a while so we took way too long to order. Since it was lunch time we could select from regular food or brunch; we chose brunch. My friend enjoyed her egg tacos with a tasty chipotle type sauce. I went with the pancakes which were plentiful, not something I’d order again. We both ordered hot tea since we were in brunch mode. Last time I was there in the evening we enjoyed beverages from the bar. Our server was so nice, patient, and professional. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name.

Craft Hall: what do users think?

Cathy Student: Very limited menu. Not many vegan options. Very loud. Very kid oriented. Mostly families with young children.Kid-friendliness: Inside playground with slides. Lots of kid games

Steven Glick: and the pretzel/fries were hits with the kids. Great atmosphere and staff for a family.

Olivia Begasse de Dhaem: Large restaurant with welcoming staff, fun playground inside and tables close by. Limited food menu. There is a puppy porch a dog park and parking. Great experience overall with children

Marie Boykin: Craft Hall is the ultimate family friendly restaurant, they even have an outdoor area for your furry family members. The food was great, the service was great, and this is probably the only place you will see a toddler at the bar and not be concerned 😂. If you have children I would recommend going with someone that can help with the children. My partner and I took turns eating because our toddler played for the entire hour we were there. Craft Hall is a 10/10 I would highly recommend.Parking: There is a parking lot, but it’s small and you have to pay on the street.Kid-friendliness: There is an indoor playground and a game room.

Kerry Carlson: in a part of town without a ton of parking.Kid-friendly: Kids' meals are $10 and include fries or apple slices. The pirate ship playground was a big hit with my kiddos. No wifi for the tablets, but this made up for by the play area. Kids came over, took a bite, ran away, came back, etc. there are 4-ish tables in the play area.

Reality5 Media: We offer livestreaming services and this was going to be the place for the show, but unfortunately is was canceled. But we were able to come check the place out, totally nice family oriented place, huge inside, games and areas for the kids, nice stage areas with high tip chairs and tables. We didn't get to try the food or drinks or beer, but will make it back again to finish the review. But overall, we like it!

Kelly O'Shea: and a fellow patron found it and turned it in. The staff kept it safe until I returned and provided excellent customer service throughout the process of reuniting me with my stuff! Much appreciated!Kid-friendliness: Great indoor playground and games.

Kevin Duncan: Great place; me and my kids enjoyTime there.

Kimberly Burrell: Had a ball with my Grandsons

Professor Rivera: I was too busy having a blast with the kids to take too many pics. This place was worth every penny. The machine selection was big considering it's not a huge place. Well lit. Safe location and immediate surroundings. The attendant, not sure if he was the owner was outstanding. We able to wander without care. The prize selection makes.any kid happy. We went.in the early evening and found a spot right in front. So fun. We went and took pics about the downtown area and had an all around nice evening. Would love to do it and my kids would second that. Ages range from 5-15 and all of them found something to gravitate to.

pyrolee17: . And when i mean clean, i mean it, the staff here keep this place cleaner then the hospital. I still love this place deeply and for everything it has done for me , but I can't say I truly love it without being honest.

Mac's Tavern: what do users think?

Justin Hall: Good food, cold beer, friendly folks.I stopped by because of It's Always Sunny, but was happy to see that Mac's Tavern is really just a local bar. Everyone in that place was easy to strike up a conversation with. I'll absolutely be back the next time I'm in Philly!

Daniel DeVenney: The family and I stopped in before Wrestlemania 40 to have a quick meal. Being a fan of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, this was a must stop for us. The bartender/waitress was the sole front worker, and she was so fast, nice, and attentive to everyone there. The food was pretty darn amazing, too. Stop in and give Mac's Tavern a shot. Parking is a bit tricky, though as we ended up with a $36 parking ticket.Parking: The curb side parking podium was not working, so download the app and pay with your phone to avoid a big parking ticket.

John Dermody: Visited Philly recently for WrestleMania and as a huge fan of It's Always Sunny, I had to visit this place. We had the Roast Pork sandwich which was absolutely delicious and as it was the special of the day it was only $10. The bartender Christian is a credit to the bar, very helpful to a couple of foreigners on their first day in a new country. There was also a female colleague who was also amazing but unfortunately I didn't manage to catch her name, she was as mad as Sweet Dee herself 🤣 A great bar with loads of draught beer options and plenty of TVs for live sports.

Karina Rinalducci: Me and my friends went to Mac’s on first night on our Philadelphia vacation. Christian was our Bartender and was truly a delight. Me and all my friends have worked in the service industry and we know what it looks like to see someone go above and beyond like Christian did. We ended going back twice because of Christian and cannot recommend him and this place enough.

Tina Ginn: Recommended dishes Mac's

amanda ward: So I had such a great time at this place it was super fun. The atmosphere was full of laughter, the drinks were super affordable and the bartender even gave my sis and I complimentary drinks. It was very diverse which I loved everyone was just having a good time, it was a night of complete fun. Also the Assman license plate is priceless I love Seinfeld

Insulin Abuser: I can honestly say that this is the greatest bar ever. Been going here for a little over a year. Saturdays are the best, but everytime ive been there the bands kill it. Amazing decor. Bartenders rock. Patrons are really nice too, good vibes all around. Cool with you bringing in food from elsewhere and eating it there. Atmosphere is electric. Oh and did I mention it’s like, the cheapest bar in Philly?

Grant G: It was a staple to my 20s - Philly special and music. Performed here and have amazing memories. Love the casual feeling it had, where you can go to be anonymous and full of life. Go dance like nobody’s watching with a laid back crowd

R Francis William: Great show

Michael Ewing: Still amazing after all these years
