George Maynes: What an extraordinary shopping experience at Boyds, and I say this as someone who typically doesn't enjoy shopping for clothes. I had the pleasure of scheduling in advance with Debby Gammons Brown and discussing a few items I needed for an upcoming trip. Upon my arrival, Debby had already curated a selection of fantastic options for me, and she effortlessly provided additional wonderful suggestions on the spot. The entire journey, from browsing to fitting and collecting the tailored items, was exceptionally pleasant. Destiny89: but see I live in uptown and I didn’t have time to drive all the way to south Philly until the weekend when I was off from work. I had a busy day saturday and showed up 45 mins before they closed to see that they were closed! Google hours were not adjusted since they changed to covid hours. I almost panicked because they are closed on Sundays and we needed the suits for Monday! So I went and contacted them via email explaining the issue. It was a lifesaver when I got a phone call about a hour later and Jack offered to come in on Sunday

Matthew Zepp: Absolutely love this store. I was on the hunt for a cool pair of joggers and decided to stop in. At first I was surprised to see that the small men's drkshdw collection was gone, yet the sales associate helping me got me into a pair of Norma Kamali pants. Although they are women's, they were definitely the look I wanted and she was so helpful in pointing out similar styles. Will definitely be back to check out new styles. Hopefully men's styles will return!!!

Jay TMG: I love the brand. Super-simple, modern without being "out there", perfect cuts in the clothing, and the stuff is very well made. Leans toward price, but the quality is worth it. This particular store is first-rate when it comes to service. I had a bit of a dilemma, and the staff offered quite a few viable solutions. It's a smaller store than we have in Manhattan, but I'd say 90% of the offerings. Great, open environment, clean and contemporary store. And I love merchants who stand behind what they sell - Theory is that in spades!

Everything was neat and the aisles clear. They all worked together to help me accessorize my new outfit as if I were royalty. I was given full attention and time despite my final purchase after sales discounts applied was less than $20.

Jordan Solarz: I rarely ever write reviews, but this Philly location has gone above and beyond to make me feel like an appreciated customer. I needed a rush job to have a tuxedo jacket tailored in time for my wedding. The in-house tailor, Grace, was very receptive to my requests and assured me that the jacket would fit like a custom piece once she was done with it. Tony and George were amazing as well. During my visit, I also bought another suit for an upcoming wedding. Even though it was not one of their higher end suits, Tony and George took the time to provide me with the full Brooks Brothers experience. I cannot say enough good things about them and I will certainly be back!

Lori Hardwick: Really cute neighborhood boutique with awesome service! I went in and got a couple of things - an adorable jacket for my daughter and some earrings for a friend. The staff could NOT have been more helpful and even boxed and put bows on the gifts for me! Love this place!!

Sabrina Inman: Luckily this store was right across the street and open for an appointment. The salesperson was so kind and accommodating and got me in a new outfit in under 10 minutes. Cannot beat the customer service!!

No biggie, the smaller sizes fit perfectly.I talk to Nikea about my situation, and ask if there was a chance we can do a price match since I needed this dress sooner. Nikea clarified I couldn't do a price match unless I had the dress I ordered with me, but understood my situation and was amazing in that she helped me figure out how to get the best deal possible when the prices were cheaper online if I were to order and pick it up in the store than shop "in person"

Megan Degeorge: I had a very nice experience when I came here to shop for a gown. My friend and I were walk-ins, so I thought it was very nice that Maria the owner gave us such great service even though we didn’t have an appointment.We didn’t end up finding “the dress” but she had a nice selection of various evening gowns and had catalogs that you could look through to order dresses if you wanted.
Shavon Damon: The shop owner was very nice and professional but the seamstress Mira was horrible. Attitude when u call for the alterations is unprofessional. Like ur bothering her and on top of that the day she told me my daughters dress would be ready it wasn’t.. Would recommend if u get ur dress from there get a different seamstress for alterations period...
