Shannon Gottesman: I had already been going to Fabriq as a regular for other services, including facials with Monique. She had suggested I try acupuncture. While I didn’t have any pain or specific injury to address, my husband and I had fertility challenges. Additionally, I could not get into a good sleeping rhythm and had some day-to-day anxiety to work through. I wanted to aim for a more calm, peaceful vibe and to focus on getting my body and mind in a better place for pregnancy. I immediately found her individual and personal approach to be very genuine. Within three to four months of seeing Gabrielle, we found out we were pregnant. I visited her every other week my entire pregnancy and immediately following birth. Gabrielle helped me through all phases and all of those weird things, and pains, that happen to your body as you grow a little human. Seeing Gabrielle is the most important routine I still commit to regularly.My time spent at Fabriq is the absolutely favorite part of my week - I immediately feel more calm just walking through the front door. I look forward to the zen, peaceful moments not thinking about anything, alone, relaxing and just breathing. I like to call it my “holistic therapy”. I can’t speak highly enough of Gabrielle and her entire staff - she has truly changed my life.

Michael Georgianna: I hadn't had a massage for some time but I threw my back out and had already done acupuncture twice and am seeing a chiropractor but after three weeks I was still in pain with limited movement. I schedule an appointment not knowing anyone personally here and was scheduled with Val. Val listened to my concerns and did exactly what was needed, working all the points of issue. Afterwards he discussed everything that was wrong, explaining in detail the muscles, what he found, what was needed and what/how he worked them all. I never had someone discuss a massage therapy in such detail. I'm definitely going back. Also, the facility is clean and relaxing, everyone there was very professional.

Liu Jiahao: Susan treated me with a massage, and she used a kind of Linshu treatment that was more advanced than traditional acupuncture. It's an innovative treatment. Susan has a steady and magic hand and knows where the blockage is when she feels it. She was able to accurately identify my pain points, and she used fine acupuncture needles to move my nodules so effectively that the pain went away immediately. It was amazing! Susan is my goddess! I had no pain when she inserted the needle, only a slight sense of soreness, which is normal because it means she inserted the needle in the right place. I will absolutely come back to see Susan next time to accept her treatment. Highly recommend her! 👍

I had a runny nose, sneezing, and sore throat last week, but after her comfortable massage, moxibustion, acupuncture and Jinglun dredging, after waking up the next day, all these symptoms disappeared! All of the above services are included in the $150 meridian dredging program, which is great value for money! Also, I broke my coccyx half a year ago, which caused the surrounding nerves to hurt after sitting for a long time, but this time the meridian treatment made me no longer hurt for a week, so I came for the second time yesterday! Trust Susan, you will get better and even live longer hahaha.

You can tell this is a place of true healing from the moment you step in the building. I had a massage with Sofia, who was incredible to work with. She was thoughtful and kind in our initial interactions, but she was absolutely stellar once it came time for my Ashiatsu Massage. Sophia Albanaa: The massage was great and released a lot of pain & other weird symptoms i've been having in my body. That said, the masseuse did not inform me that gua sha would leave marks and bruises or have me sign any type of paperwork. I probably would have still consented to this treatment but it is still odd to not inform clients. I felt nauseated and a bit dizzy afterwards but I'm sure it may be normal with doing this treatment for the first time. I would still go back but would appreciate being told what is being performed & the reason for it!

I was about 15 mins late to my appointment because I was trying to find parking, and as soon as I walked in they helped me get started right away so my time wasn’t cut too short. My massage therapist Alex was great. He did an amazing job listening to my problem areas and making them the main focus of my massage. He checked in with me multiple times during my massage to make sure I was comfortable and if the pressure was okay. I am currently breastfeeding, so I explained to him that laying on my stomach was a bit uncomfortable and he provided me with towels to prop myself up a bit to make it more comfortable which I really appreciated. After my massage I was offered water and chocolates which was a nice touch.

I like to get alpha hydroxy facial when my skin feels dull. It makes my skin glow instantly. I also love the diamond dermabrassion facial, GuaSha facial, youth light and brightening facial. They help replenish my skin, make it so smooth, firm and glowy. I find it effective in anti-aging.My favorite part of the facial is massage. It feels so good and so relaxing. I love that I get a lot of massage on my face, neck, shoulder and arm. They really give their 200%. Alice and Jenny are amazing. They are also very thorough in extraction. My skin is able to absorb face cream better each time after deep cleaning.Additionally, Zen skin is very detail oriented and they really take customers' feedback to heart. I like that they use warm cotton to clean my face as I don't normally use cold water to wash my face. I also enjoy the upper body massage during the duration of facial mask. The warm towel they put underneath my neck really helps release tension. The little things and the consistency here make Zen skin stand out.

Nicole Hinterberger: Phenomenal experience everytime. Recently came here for a Botox event where their nurse practitioner did one on ones with clients answering questions about Botox and other injectables. The event included free eye cream and mocktails. NP was so patient with all of my questions and provided a great first time Botox experience. Injectables were discounted that day and I was thrilled w results. Forehead only, natural and pretty. A few weeks later, yesterday, I went for the 24k gold facial with a friend. Being on their email list is key because they often host sales and deals. That’s how I knew about the Botox event and got a discount on the gold facial. It was the most unique facial I’ve ever gotten, where they cleanse and massage your face, stamp gold into your skin, apply a gold foil mask, do a jelly mask, and vigorously scrub your arms and hands. It was so luxurious and I’ve been blowing up to 24 hours post treatment. This spa was recommended by both my dermatologist at Schweiger and one of my best friends and now I know why. They’re phenomenal! A lot of beautiful products and samples in the lobby and really friendly staff too. I had Alexis and she was great. First photo is immediately after service, second is about 30 min after, and third is from 18 hours later.
