Jarod Quant: My wife recently bought a car here and while over-all the experience was positive and easy, the salesman was a little slippery on a few things.First, they tried to knock down the value of our trade-in by saying it had an accident on the carfax report, which I knew it didn't. And magically they never could show me the report with that accident.Then he just happened to drop in the extended warranty into the purchase paperwork without saying anything. I read every line item and quickly caught it.I would still recommend them over-all, but definitely keep your eye on them and read everything very carefully.

Brought to one of those places that sells tires, does inspections etc with multiple locations. They informed her that she needed brakes and rotors all around plus other things.she told them no she would have her dad take care of it. I looked at the brakes and rotors thought they were fine. She made an appointment close to her apartment at Your dealership to have her CRV inspection. Later in the day service called and said inspection was done ,all good , under $70 Thank you for doing the right thing and running an honest dealership,that goes a long way especially for parents that live far away and children either go to school or work in Philadelphia! She said service advisor couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful.you guys run a top notch dealership!

The battery was under warranty, so we went back to get a replacement. My Mom who is 81 years old drove there herself to get a replacement. She let us know that the staff was so helpful to her and very accommodating. They checked out the battery and some other things with her car. They didn't even hesitate to offer to replace the battery for her while she waited. The staff was super friendly and very helpful to her. This meant a lot to us.
